TERMS OF SERVICE

Ordering and receiving a commission:

• If you want a commission, please use this form.

• If you change your mind before I start drawing, no worries at all! Just tell me and I will free your slot! (also see the Refund section below)

• Commissions are digital (high-resolution JPG file, or different if requested).

• You will receive previews via Sta.sh and/or via private message on the social you used to contact me.

• You will receive the final file(s) via Sta.sh (if you want it via other services, ask me).

• Previews will be in low resolution.

• I have the right to refuse taking your commission if I believe I am unable to draw it for any reason. I will not make promises I can't keep!

• If you have a deadline, point it out, so I can prioritize your picture or tell you if I can finish your picture in time. If not, of course, I won't take the job.

• If you need an invoice, you can ask for one!

Commercial use:

• These commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use please contact me and we can talk about a contract.

Copyright:

• I will only draw YOUR ORIGINAL CHARACTERS. If you want a model sheet for someone else's characters, please ASK THEM FOR PERMISSION first.

• I will respect your copyright and NEVER use your characters for commercial purposes without your permission.

Extra charges:

• I will charge a 4% tax on the total of your order (simply put, if your commission costs 100€, you'll pay 104€).

• You have a maximum of 3 free major modifications after we confirm the design you want and I start drawing. Then I may have to charge extra (depending on how many and what details you want to add/change), so please, be very precise when ordering your picture.

• Highly detailed characters may cost from 50% to 75% the ordinary price (e.g. detailed armors/weapons/clothes).

• Character design (if you do not have any reference picture and need a character from scratch) costs an additional 50% or more, depending on difficulty and edits needed.

Payment:

• I do not accept deviantART points.

• I accept PayPal and card.

• I charge up front. I will send you a request of payment after you confirm the initial sketch and I will start working on your picture after receiving the payment.

• It is possible to pay 60% up-front and the remaining 40% before receiving the final full-size file.

Available slots:

• You can book 1 picture per slot and a maximum of 2 slots. You can book more slots once the pictures you booked are done.

• You can check my progresses below, if you want to know when your turn comes. Be sure to remember your slot number! (but if you forget it, you can ask me, of course!)

• I won't necessarily follow the slot order. If I hear nothing from you after a couple days, I'll skip to the next customer and so on. The first who replies/sends the payment gains priority.

• If you do not reply to my message within 2 weeks, you will be moved to the end of the list.

Posting your commission on deviantART and/or other socials:

• If you want your commission to remain private, tell me.

• If I'm allowed to post your commission on my socials, I will post it in low-res and watermarked (with your and my name).

• If you want to be tagged on my socials, you can tell me your nickname.

• You are free to post you commission wherever you please. The finished picture is yours and you can do anything you want with it (as long as it's personal use). If I may, I just suggest you create a copy and resize it (the best would be between 700 and 1500px on the longest side), so nobody will get your original file, but it's up to you.

• And of course, I'll be very grateful if you could tag me and/or put a link to my page.

Refunds:

• Full refund only if I have yet to start drawing (the initial pre-payment sketch does NOT count).

• 50% of the refund if I have yet to start the lineart (you will receive previews step by step and I'll always ask for confirmation before starting a new step).

• Once I start the lineart, I won't refund any amount anymore (and I will finish you commission, unless for any reason you don't want me to).

• If for any personal reason of mine I find myself unable to finish your drawing, I will refund 100% of your money.

I will NOT draw (but ask me anyway to be sure):

• NSFW content of any sort, for this type of commissions

• Yourself/REAL PEOPLE with no clothes and/or in a sexual or potentially sexual context

• Mecha/Robots

• Gore/Violence (I do draw blood)

• some degrees of BDSM/fetishes/kinks (tell me your idea and I'll tell you if I'm comfortable with it!)

• Furry/Non-Human characters (I can draw some animal features like ears, tail, horns, claws etc.; aliens or something of the sort may also be ok, if they look human enough)

• Super elaborated characters and/or backgrounds (I can't define this category through examples; ask me and I will tell you if I can or not)

Having completed half of the storyboard's second draft, I guess it is time to tell you.

Yes, that's right. STORYBOARD.

Because this, my friends, is going to be my very first doujinshi project.

An R18 doujinshi, to be precise. XD

I won't reveal the title yet (just a bit of the cover, that you can see above and is still a work in progress).

I can tell you I will post drafts/wips in my Patreon's Saba Game(r) PLUS tier starting from June 1st (and with that, the title).

Complete pages will be posted in an hopefully near future in the Saba Lover tier, but I'll leave that as a "maybe" (because of big life plans that became uncertain because of... you know... 2020).
